The partnership is called Strengthening Families, and includes the Education and Health sectors and Police Youth Aid.  This process provides better co-ordinated support for families/whānau buy  using the interagency case management approach.  It aims to improve family health, educational attainments and reduce the incidence of persistent offending or abuse and neglect.
