Additional Services and Information
- Womens Refuge - attend Heartlands every Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
- Guardian Healthcare - attend Heartlands last Wednesday of every month from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
- Life Unlimited -attend Heartlands last Wednesday of every month from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
- ACC - attend Heartlands every Tuesday. They have their own appointment schedule and will need to be contacted directly for an appointment.

Support Services for Children, Young People and Their Families
In Wairoa, an interagency partnership between government and non-government agencies exists to provide support services for at risk children, young people and their families/whānau.
The partnership is called Strengthening Families. The partnership includes the schools, the health service (community and mental health), Special Education Group of Ministry of Education, Housing New Zealand Corporation, Child, Youth & Family, Police, Inland Revenue Child Support, Internal Affairs, Work and Income, Social Workers in Schools, RTLB's, The Kahungunu Executive, REAP, Plunket, School Principals' Association, Manaaki House, and the Safer Community Council.
