The Pulse - Te Hotu Manawa - is operated by the Whangarei Youth One Stop Shop Charitable Trust and operates an alternative education programme, teen parent school and alcohol and drug support services, amongst other community services.
The Pulse is a unique undertaking that offers significant potential to improve life outcomes for Whangarei youth whilst improving Government services for the local community.
