Te Kūiti Heartland Service centre will be closed from 3:00pm Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen 9:00am Monday 6th January 2025.

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Services we can support you with:

  • Access to computer devices and technology
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Email and phone facilities
  • Printing, photocopying & scanning
  • Assistance with access to government and non-government services
  • Access to government forms
  • Personal support from our Heartlands Coordinator
  • Assistance with completing forms
  • Assistance with online services (e.g. online banking, creating a CV)
  • Information about social services and support available in the Waitomo and Ōtorohanga districts
  • Promotion of community events or initiatives utilising digital billboard
  • Display posters, flyers, or forms for members of the community to access
  • Referrals to other support services
  • Need a space to work from

Services available by appointment:

  • Video-conferencing facilities
  • Physical space for meetings with Government agencies or community organisations
  • Physical space to hold workshops/seminars for members of the public (for up to 20 people),
  • Business start-up guidance

  • Inland Revenue queries. If we can't help you, we can direct your inquiry to an Inland Revenue representative
  • Ospri/NAIT - free, confidential, service to help farmers navigate their NAIT system.
  • Te Kooti Whenua Māori - have interests in Māori land and want to find out more information about your whenua, how to manage it, or how to succeed to it?
