- Access to computer devices and technology
- Free Wi-Fi
- Email and phone facilities
- Printing, photocopying & scanning
- Assistance with access to government and non-government services
- Access to government forms
- Personal support from our Heartlands Coordinator
- Assistance with completing forms
- Assistance with online services (e.g. online banking, creating a CV)
- Information about social services and support available in the Waitomo and Ōtorohanga districts
- Promotion of community events or initiatives utilising digital billboard
- Display posters, flyers, or forms for members of the community to access
- Referrals to other support services
- Need a space to work from

- Video-conferencing facilities
- Physical space for meetings with Government agencies or community organisations
- Physical space to hold workshops/seminars for members of the public (for up to 20 people),
- Business start-up guidance
